In and Guiding Women (WINGS) is a
college-to-career mentoring program designed to
link selected Rutgers female students with
successful professional women as mentors.
Through an eight-month
relationship, WINGS students build a network of
valuable professional connections and get an
understanding about workplace culture and
work/life balance issues.

Who should apply for Academic Year
2013-2014?
Students who will be a sophomore,
junior, or senior in AY 13-14 and have a 3.0 GPA.
All majors are welcomed.
